Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders before tax (with certain exclusions). For International orders, depending on your country’s specific duty rates, you may be responsible for the payment of additional tariffs and taxes to your country in order to receive your item(s) from us. Please note this does not include any taxes, duties or fees applied to your shipment. We shall not be responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, transfers from the United States Postal Service or other shipping carrier (like FedEx or UPS) to the local carriers in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has departed the U.S.
International shipments, or shipping to P.O. Boxes, FPOs and APOs can take up to, but not limited to, 21 business days. If your chosen delivery address is a Shop & Ship Address, please note we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your order after it has been delivered to your Shop & Ship address.
Please allow 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday) to process your order, then ADD the estimated delivery time to estimate when you would receive your item.
During holidays and launches or limited edition offers, the processing and delivery times may vary.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges. Please keep in mind that colors will appear different on individuals depending on skin tone and lip pigmentation. Items will not be replaced or exchanged for this reason. Nazarr.com reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
